Mig-15 shootdown turbine blade from North Korea

This is a turbine blade from the jet engine of a Soviet Mig-15 that was shot down in North Korea, near the Chongchon Delta on July 22, 1951.

It’s heavy as fuck. Modern blades are all made of advanced titanium bearing alloys, ceramics, and are even hollow honeycomb type designs. This thing, on the other hand, is just pure steel, exactly what you’d expect from a piece of Soviet machinery.
